Building by listening to plants
What do weeds do, if not tell you what kind of soil you have? Why is it that some weeds grow better than the plants you’re trying to grow? Why is it that we need to water all the time when there are no weeds?
Those were the questions that got me started on this farm. And my answers gave me my first harvest of potatoes packed with flavor.
About the FOOD garden
Our farm is built on a philosophy similar to bio-dynamic farming and builds on the movement of resources between plants.
Biodynamic Inspired gardening you can taste

Our Story
I worked on a farm that gave work experience to people with developmental disabilities when I realized how much resources were being wasted through normal gardening with garden beds, so I tried to do it myself with wondrous results.
Rather than weeding, I let some weeds grow, and filled the beds with layers of plants so that not a single drop of water would go to waste, and suddenly, the garden grew up quickly, and every inch of the soil had a plant.
The flavor changed, too. The once flavorless yukon gold was filled with fantastic flavors, thought the size of the potato was slightly smaller.
Now, I am opening my garden so that others can taste and request and challenge my garden’s limits!
